Mahanakorn Tapioca exports products worldwide. All international shipments are conducted via ocean freight (FCL and LCL). Air freight is available upon request for samples and small quantities. We work with licensed freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant export from Thailand.
Shipping arrangements and costs are confirmed in the Pro-forma Invoice prior to order confirmation. The Company does not operate a consumer retail delivery service — all orders are commercial bulk quantities.
The Company trades under the following Incoterms® 2020 terms, as agreed in the Sales Contract:

The default Incoterm is FOB Port of Bangkok unless otherwise specified in the quotation. Risk passes to the Buyer when goods cross the ship's rail at the named port of loading.

Custom packaging (private label bags, jumbo bags / big bags of 500–1,000 kg, drum packs) is available upon request with MOQ and additional lead time. Food-grade starch is packed with inner PE moisture barrier liners as standard.

All lead times are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by vessel schedule changes, port congestion, weather, force majeure, or Buyer-caused delays (e.g., late L/C opening, incomplete shipping instructions).
Port of Loading: Laem Chabang Port (LCB) / Bangkok Port (BKK), Thailand — our primary export ports. Goods are transported by road from our factory in Udon Thani to the port.
We work with major shipping lines including Evergreen, COSCO, MSC, Maersk, and ONE. Vessel and voyage details are confirmed on the Bill of Lading after loading.

The Company will provide accurate commercial invoices and product documentation to support customs clearance. Requests for undervalued invoices or false descriptions of goods cannot be accommodated and will result in order cancellation.
HS Codes: Tapioca starch (HS 1108.14), Cassava chips (HS 0714.10), Cassava pellets (HS 2309.90), Modified starch (HS 3505.10). Correct HS codes are confirmed per product on the Commercial Invoice.
Under FOB terms (default), the Buyer is responsible for arranging marine cargo insurance from the port of loading. The Company strongly recommends that all Buyers arrange All Risk marine cargo insurance for the full CIF value plus 10%.
Under CIF terms, the Company arranges minimum coverage per Incoterms® (Institute Cargo Clauses C). Additional coverage (ICC A / All Risk) can be arranged at Buyer's request and additional cost.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Upon receipt of goods:
